• Our securitisation application in the date centre runs like a charm – thanks to you designing, administrating, and automating it and its processes. Naturally you also ensure round the clock availability for our system.
• Questions about IT operations? You are the specialist to ask. No matter if it's about in-house or external applications – you provide support and take on operational responsibility.
• You discover the perfect solutions for ITIL processes, get them up and running, monitor their performance and enthusiastically take part in implementing our IT operating strategies and concepts.
• Evaluating and smoothly incorporating new releases or product components into our systems comes easily to you and when transferring new applications to operational use you know how to get across the important points.
• Throughout this you coordinate, carry out and analyse technical tests and keep meticulous manuals as well as technical and regulatorily required documentation so your work remains transparent and comprehensible.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, computer science or similar training / qualifications
• Solid expertise regarding application support, UNIX / Linux, Windows environments and with scripting (e. g. UNIX / Windows OS)
• Familiar with Application Governance, ServiceNow, relational databases (Oracle or MS-SQL) and application server technologies as well as solid banking knowledge
• Basic understanding of the cloud and cloud migration (any cloud certificate is a plus)
• Experience with DevOps orchestration pipelines, version control systems like Gitlab and Azure Repo, in project work (ideally agile) as well as the conception of heterogenous application landscapes
• Communication skills, solution-oriented and conflict-capable
• Fluent English and good German – both written and spoken
