Global Marketing Manager Pharmacy (m/f/d)

Following HARTMANNs strategy to strengthen our customer orientation along Customer Groups the Global Pharmacy Lead and Global Pharmacy Strategy Group was set up in 2022. The main task is to define the global strategy how to further develop our outpatient offer to our Pharmacy customers across categories and markets. In a first step the Global Pharmacy Strategy group developed our 4 Key Pillars to Win in Pharmacy: Availability, Visibility, Recommendation and Category Excellence. As a next step we started to develop strategic concepts and projects that support our markets to win in Pharmacy.

As Global Marketing Manager Pharmacy you will be responsible for the further development of strategic concepts that can be implemented locally along the 4 key pillars. Following our customer journey and based on consumer insights you will work closely together with key stakeholder in our Global Divisions and the local HARTMANN Pharmacy organizations to build on existing and development and roll out existing concepts.


Aufgaben
  • Methods: Defining and Leading the HARTMANN Gold standard Pharmacy toolkit guidelines. Together with the Business Division and key market stakeholder you will drive perfect execution form insight to action along the Shopper Journey. "
  • Cross Category: Review existing success cross category concepts such as "Pflege zu Hause" with the objective to repeat sell-in and sell-out success in other markets
  • Cross Category: Develop new cross category concepts & tools such as the HARTMANN x-mas toolbox or Travel themes for Pharmacy activations across markets.
  • Sustainability: Build our first pharmacy communication toolbox for markets cross category leveraging our sustainability efforts and results
  • Category Management: Learn from OTC category leaders and bring latest approaches into HARTMANN and build our first category management concept.
  • Continuously review and development of the concepts reflecting external factors such as macro trends, pharmacy trends, competitors or regulatory changes.
  • Budget and cost center responsibility

Profil
  • Completed studies in business administration or comparable studies
  • Proven record of professional experience in sales and marketing management in the FMCH or FMCG sector, ideally in the pharmacy environment, of min. 5 years
  • Experience in the field of OTC or RX would be a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking
  • Open personality, goal-oriented and proactive way of working, hands on mentality
  • Enjoys to work and navigate across categories, markets and different cultures
  • Team oriented, strong communication skills and a high customer focus
  • You communicate confidently in written and spoken English, a language from one of our key pharmacy markets (Germany, France, Spain, Czech Republic, Belgium) would be plus
  • Interest in a broad range of tasks in the development and introduction of new concepts, internationalization and close commercial excellence and sales cooperation
