Aufgaben

meaningful & challenging - Your tasks

  • Ensure the high quality of the Digital Technology Critical Incident process in a cross-functional team.

  • Communicate across multiple management levels, including business, on current IT incidents and their progress in English/German.

  • Manage, co-ordinate and moderate extreme stress situations across multiple technology stacks and management levels.

  • Facilitate post-incident reviews and recommend process improvements using the CALMS model.

  • Develop and maintain documentation relating to incident management processes and procedures.

  • Maintaining and developing OKRs, dashboards and critical incident reports.

  • Ensure that monitoring alerts are linked to the critical incident process based on their criticality.

  • Coordinate key IT security risks and threats.

  • Integration into the E.ON SE crisis management process.


Profil

authentic & ambitious - Your profile

  • Completed IT vocational training and / or comparable professional experience with a broad understanding of IT in LAN, WAN, data centre, server, and application operations.

  • Proven experience as a Major/Critical Incident Manager or similar role, with a focus on Infrastructure technologies.

  • Very high moderation and coordination skills with very good English and German skills.

  • Experience in using monitoring tools such as SPLUNK, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic etc.

  • Confident and convincing demeanour as well as high resilience in critical situations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Excellent flexibility, high ability to work in a team and intercultural competence are required.

  • Very good coaching, mentoring, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • At best, you will already have an understanding of DevOps principles, agile methodologies and their application to infrastructure management.
